We have a current list of our available properties that you can find here.
What is your rental criteria?
You must have a 600+ credit score, your income must be 2.5x your in rent, and you must be able to show us your employment and rental history. All decisions are on a case by case basis and we make exceptions when deemed appropriate.
Do you have any gyms at your properties?
No, however, we do have partnerships with the YMCA, Crunch Fitness, Planet Fitness, and Orange Theory Fitness.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do! Residents are welcome to have up to two household pets, each weighing 20 pounds or less. We also gladly welcome service and emotional support animals. Please note that all residents must complete a PetScreening profile, regardless of whether you have pets.
What is PetScreening? PetScreening is an online platform that helps us gather important information about your pets or, if applicable, your need for service or emotional support animals. This ensures we maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents. Complete your profile here.
Do you have pet fees?
Yes, we charge $50/month in pet rent as well as a $350 non refundable pet deposit.
How much is your security deposit?
Our security deposit equals one month rent. For example, if the unit costs $2000, your security deposit would be $2000.
Do you allow smoking inside of any of your properties?
No, we don’t allow smoking in any units. To smoke outside, you must be at least 25 feet from a door or window on the property.
Do you have any adult housing?
Yes! We have one adult property in Lakewood, WA called The Meadowlark. It is a new construction, luxury apartment. Take a tour today!
Do you have air conditioning in your units?
All of our new construction apartment complexes have air conditioning including The Meadowlark, Heron Heights, and 611 Anderson.
